Located just North of Atlantic City, the Island of Brigantine is only a bridge away from some of the best entertainment and nite life on the East Coast.

At the South end of the island lies Brigantine's unique "Cove Beach", the Cove can be seen from the top of the Brigantine Bridge as you enter the island.  You will see boats banked on the sand and 4-wheel drive vehicles parked on the beach every nice summer day.  It is the perfect spot to catch the fireworks display from Atlantic City on summer holiday weekends.
Brigantine is a perfect hideaway for those seeking a clean, safe and peaceful haven and yet be minutes away to Atlantic City with its exciting night life, amazing restaurants, casinos, live entertainment and world class shopping.  Activities for children include an arcade, skate board park, Shark Park playground, miniature golf, tennis, surfing,kayaking, fishing, swimming and sunbathing.

For over 20 years Brigantine has been the home to the Marine Mammal Stranding Center, a non-profit organization that houses New Jersey's only facility dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of stranded and distressed marine mammals and sea turtles.  Since the Center's founding, the staff and volunteers have responded to over 3000 calls for stranded whales, dolphins, seals and sea turtles that have washed ashore on the state's beaches.  All funding for the Sranding Center comes from donations, grants, memberships and fund raising efforts.  Tours of the facility, the Sea Life Educational Center and Gift shop are available to the public.
